Day 1: Montreal airport / Montreal
Meet and greet at the airport.  Transfer to the hotel.  Welcome drink (beer)with presentation of the program after check in at the hotel. Dinner in a local restaurant well know for its animation on Canadian sports (on big screens): you will have the chance to watch an hockey game and participated at the animation our National sport generates.

Day 2: Montreal
AM meeting with the UPA (Union of the Agricultural Producers of Québec), the only agricultural  Union in Québec. Ascension of the Olympic tower.  Lunch in the Olympic stadium area.  City tour of Montreal in afternoon.  Canadian salmon dinner.

Day 3: Montreal / Quebec
Departure after breakfast.  Visit of a Holstein farm own by a German speaking farmer.  Visit of CIAQ (artificial insemination center of Québec) at St- Hyacinthe.  Lunch with an agronomist from Quebec’s Ministry of agriculture in St-Hyacinthe. Visit of a cereal farm (certified wheat seeds, oat, barley, corn grain)and green-house tomatoes (1/5 ha in green house).  En route to Quebec.  Arrival in early evening in Quebec and dinner.

Day 4: Quebec
Early morning city tour.  Visit of the island of Orleans, of a Belgium agricultural producer (apple orchard and small fruits) transforming them in ice ciders, but also refined ducks and geese products. Tasting of these products. Lunch on the island in a maple farm with visit of the installation. Visit of Montmorency fall.  Return to Québec and dinner in the Old city.


Quebec City Hotel

Day 5: Quebec / Lac Blanc
Departure after breakfast.  Visit of a local agricultural coop which also sales machinery like new Holland or John Deere.  Visit en route of a buffalo farm. Buffalo lunch at the farm.  Visit of a Holstein Master Breeders farm (like Jacob’s farm: 11100Kg, 200ha, 3Ex, 11Vg, 70 milking cows, 200 heads).  Arrival by the end of the afternoon at a resort on the Lake Blancn.  This resort is the sole occupant on this lake. 

Day 6: Lac Blanc
Fun and sport program!  Canoe initiation on the lake; ATV on the forestry road in the area.  Forestry interpretative walk with a trapper. Farewell dinner including a tasting of Canadian Wines.  (if you need I can do a half day sport program and in the afternoon agricultural visits in the area). 

Day 7: Lac / Montreal airport
Departure after breakfast, en route and visit of a beef producer (Charolais)   and thoroughbred horses breeders (certified bio production).The producer also has a butchery on site. Lunch at the farm with the producer.  Transfer to the airport according with the flight schedule.
