Day 2, Monday
Beakfast in hotel. Visit regional agricultural cooperative. Interview directors and tour facilities. Visit one of the best Angus breeders in the state. Interview owner. Tour of regional agriculture center. Group lunch at center. Workshop with center researchers. Visit citrus farm and talk with manager. Return to hotel. Free evening. Overnight Orlando

Day 3, Tuesday
Breakfast in hotel. Full day free to visit one of the four major Disney Theme parks. Overnight Orlando

Day 4, Wednesday
Breakfast in hotel. Tour fresh fruit and vegetable farm and interview manager. Visit direct farm sales outlet including farm animal petting zoo, corn maze and “pumpkin patch”. Talk with marketing specialist. Group lunch. Depart to Lakeland, heart of the strawberry production region. Visit major strawberry farm and meet with owner. Overnight Lakeland

Day 5, Thursday
Breakfast in hotel. Visit strawberry processing plant. Talk with plant manager and interview plant workers. Tour strawberry farm and meet with owner. Group lunch. Visit to Cypress Gardens including water show. Overnight Lakeland

Day 6, Friday
Breakfast in hotel. Depart to Fort Myers. Visit cattle ranch and meet ranch family. Group lunch. Tour of Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge including the historical village and Bowman’s beach. Overnight Fort Myers

Day 7, Saturday
Breakfast in hotel. Depart to Everglades National Park. Presentation at the visitors center and guided tour into the refuge. Group lunch. Continue to Miami Beach. Free afternoon and evening to enjoy the beach and tourist attractions. Overnight Miami Beach

Day 8, Sunday
Breakfast in hotel. Free day to enjoy tourist attractions. In the evening transfer to airport for flight home
