Day 1 Santiago / Easter Island
Reception at Mataveri airport and transfer to the hotel of your choice. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight, Easter Island.
Day 2 Easter Island / Rano Kao Ahu Akivi
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure to ahu akivi, Puna a pau quarry (hats and hairdressing factory). Visit to the Tepahu cavers, also called Los Platanos cavers. Return to the hotel. In the afternoon, departure to the Rano Kao volcano and the ceremonial city of Orongo with its underground houses, Manu Tara, and birdman celebration. Continue visit to the Vinapu temple with its stone walls. Return to the hotel. Overnight, Easter Island.
Day 3 Easter Island / Ranoraraku and Anakena Beach
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion at the ruins of the Ahu Vinapu, the walled city with its block stones similar to the Inca cities. To Rano Raraku volcano to visit the quarries where the ancient inhabitans etched the moais. We also visit the Ahu Tongariki with its magnificent sculptures. Visit to Anakena beach where a box lunch will be served. Enjoy the crystalline water. Return to the hotel. Overnight, Easter Island.
