Day 1:  Toronto / Niagara Falls
Meet your local escort at the airport. En route to Niagara Falls. From the panoramic observation waking path, observation of the Falls.  To the hotel.

Day 2 : Niagara Falls / Toronto
AM : Niagara visi including the Maid of the Mist boat tour. Lunch in a panoramic restaurant overlooking the Falls.  Visit of Niagara-on-the-Lake.  Visit of a local winery with wine tasting.  En route to Toronto.  Overview of Toronto from the CN tower.  Visit of Toronto.

Day 3 : Toronto / 1000 islands / Ottawa
To 1000 island in the morning.  Lunch in the 1000 island area et cruise on the St-Lawrence river in the 1000 island National Park,  At the arrival in Ottawa, visit of the agricultural museum of Canada located on the Agricultural Canada Experimental farm. 

Day 4 : Ottawa / Montreal
City tour of Ottawa in the morning.   The tour will end at the Byward farmer market with free time to visit this important farmer market and have lunch there.  En route to Omega Park, where you will be able to observe from your bus some Canadian Wildlife animals in their natural habitat. :  wolves, bears, buffalos, red deers, beavers (…) will be there! At the arrival in Montreal, visit of Underground Montreal.  To the hotel and dinner.

Day 5 : Montréal / Mauricie
City tour of Montreal in the morning.  Typical Montreal lunch.  In St-Cuthbert, farm visit with the producer: biological pure breed meat producer (Charolais), the owner is also the co-founder of two main agri-players in Quebec: Quebec association of pure-breed producers and Agri-food export group.  He was also an administrator of Québec federation of cattle producers (meat).  En route to Mauricie and lodging at a nature outfitter. Lakeshore and pristine surroundings will allow you to appreciate nature's harmony. On site: canoe, pedal-boat, nature walking, beach…

Day 6 : Mauricie / St-Jean Lake
After breakfast, departure to St-Jean lake thru the Mauricie natural valley.  In la Tuque, stop at Bostonnais fall park.  Visit with tasting of a local cheese producer.  Tonight you will lodge in local families (4 pers par family) with dinner at your host-home.  Local evening with your new friends with music, dance and fun! 

Eastern Canada

Day 7 : St-Jean Lake / Chicoutimi
Milking farm visit (family style) followed by the visit of a blueberry farm, the regional well famous fruit.  And visit of a pulp and paper company. Lodging in Chicoutimi (Saguenay). 

Day 8 : Chicoutimi  / Escoumins
To the Whale watching area thru the north side of Saguenay fjord with a stop at Ste-Rose du Nord for the overview of the fjord.  Whale watching cruise in the afternoon.  Visit of Tadoussac and lodging in Escoumins in a hotel with view over the St- Lawrence river.  

Day 9 : Escoumins / Québec
Don’t miss the sunset over the river!  To la Malbaie and Baie St- Paul.  In Baie St-Paul, visit of a cheese producer with tasting.  Visit and meeting of the regional coop, members of la Coop Fédéré, the largest agri-coop in Québec.  To Ste-Anne de Beaupré to visit his cathedral, the most important pilgrimage site in North-America.  Stop at Montmorency Falls.

Day 10 : Québec
In the morning, city tour of Quebec city, a city honoured by UNESCO has a world heritage city.  Lunch in the wall-city.  PM: visit of a chicken farm(meat).  The producer haver also a large apple orchard.  Farewell dinner at a sugar shack, with animation from a traditional musician. 

Day 11 : Québec / Montreal airport
Free time to buy souvenirs and en route to a red deers farm : visit and lunch at the farm. Transfer to the airport according with the flight schedule.
