Visit Dijon, the Capital of the Burgundian Dukes and fine Arts Museum, ranked second in France after the Louvre (Tomb of the Dukes of Burgundy) Visit the Cathedral Sainte Bégnine. Lunch on your own in Dijon. Visit Chateau de Marsannay in Marsannay la Cote. Tasting of 6 different wines of Cote de Nuits/Hautes Cote de nuit. Continue along the famous names : Gevrey Chambertin, nuit Saint Georges Visit « Chateau Corton » in Aloxe Corton :The unique wine appellation « Grand cru » in Cote de Nuits/Cote de Beaune. Tasting of 3 wines : (Appelation, Village and Grand Cru) Dinner in a restaurant : Overnight in Dijon

Day 3
Departure for Joigny. Visit Joigny, city of art and history. Visit of Domaine Vignot. Tasting of the grey wine « Cote St Jacques ». Lunch on your own in Auxerre. Continue to Saint Briis Le Vineux :
Visit the cellar of Bailly, (Auxerrois)
Over 3 ha where the « wine growers co­operative of Auxerrois » has setlled. The biggest productor of « Cremant de Bourgogne ». Dinner in a restaurant. Overnight in Dijon area

Day 4
Visit the Fontenay Abbey, the oldest surviving Cistercian foundation in France, offers a rare insight into the cistercian way of life.
Continue to Avallon Lunch in a farm restaurant
Visit of the famous vineyard Chablis, the most important in white wine in  Bourgogne. Visit the  “Domaine William fevre”  ­tasting of 3 wines (Chablis, 1er Cru, Grand Cru) Dinner on your own. Overnight in Dijon area

Day 5
Visit Hospices of Beaune and the old town : all the flamboyant tradition of Burgundy’s wine capital .
Meeting at B.I.V.B  “Bureau interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne” where you will be taught everything about Burgundy wines with tasting Lunch on your own in Beaune Meeting with two members of an association for  “young wine growers” called G.J.P.A Visit  “Chateau Pommard” (Cote de Beaune et Haute Cote de Beaune) : 20 ha of vineyards ; the biggest wine grower -tasting
Dinner in a restaurant : Overnight in Dijon

Day 6
Meeting the “co-operative” of Buxy: (Cote Chalonnaise and Maconnais) Tasting of different wines : Bourgogne Alligote, Mercurey, Macon Continue to Macon Lunch on your own in Macon. Tasting of wine in a typical “Caveau” of the different famous wines produced on spot : Pouilly, St Amour, Maconnais, .... Dinner in a famous restaurant : Overnight in Macon
