Day 1
Arrival at Roissy airport in the morning Meet with our English speaking interpreter. Check in at the hotel. Lunch. Guided visit of Paris including a Seine cruise. Dinner in MontMartre Overnight Paris.

Day 2
Continue the guided tour of Paris or visit of Versailles castle. Lunch at the MontParnasse tower, the highest building in Paris. Afternoon free for shopping and personal discovery of the French capital. Dinner. Free time. Overnight Paris

Day 3
Travel to Normandy. Guided visit of the old town of Rouen. The cathedral, located in the heart of the town, is a this jewel of gothic architecture and the symbol of ROUEN, "the town of 100 spires". Visit the Old Market Square where Joan of Arc was burned in 1431.

Visit The Gros Horloge, one of the oldest in the world is the most popular monument of the town. Lunch free on your own. Short Visit of Honfleur, on the Seine Estuary at the foot of the Côte de Grace hill. It is a delightful town with its old dock, church and ancient streets combining into a singular harmony. Visit of a dairy farm (100 Norman cows) in Lisieux region Dinner. Overnight Caen.

Day 4
Visit the D-Day beaches of Omaha and Utah. Visit Colleville American Military Cemetery where 9385 marble crosses stand aligned in an impressive array. Visit Hoc Point, the place where 225 American rangers climbed the cliffs to reduce a German battery particularly dangerous to troops landing on Omaha Beach.. Lunch in Bayeux. Short visit of Bayeux cathedral, a fine edifice of Norman Gothic Style Guided. Visit of Caen, capital of Lower Normandy, Prefecture of the Calvados region, and an industrial centre and river port. It is a cultural centre as well, with attractive houses built in Caen stone, beautiful abbeys and churches, and fine modern buildings. Dinner free on your own. Overnight Caen

Day 5
Visit of a farm in Villers Bocage region (150 Holstein cows. 20 hectares of apple trees). Cider and Calvados tasting Lunch in Le Mont Saint Michel. Visit of Le Mont Saint Michel. Shrouded by mist, engulfed by sea, soaring proud above glistening sands, the silhouette of the Mont-Saint-Michel is one of the most enchanting sights in France. Lying strategically on the frontier between Normandy and Brittany, Mont-Saint-Michel grew from the humble 8th-century oratory to become a Benedictine Manstery that had the greatest influence in the 12th and 13th-centuries. The abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel served as a Benedictine monastery and, for 73 years after the Revolution as a political prison. Visit of a sheep farm (pré salé). The sheep are mainly fed with the grass exposed at low tide. Visit an oyster farm at Cancale. Oyster tasting with bread and a glass of Muscadet. To Saint Malo. Dinner on your own. Day 6
Visit the vegetable market of Saint Meloir.Visit a vegetable farm Lunch. Visit Rance tidal power. This plant is the only one in the world that uses the force of the tides to produce electric power. City sight seeing of Nantes, one of the biggest towns in Brittany. However, it is not purely breton, for the Loire has always brought French influence with it Places of interest. Examples are the Ducal castle, the port, and the cathedral. Visit a wine cellar in Clisson region. Muscadet tasting. To Saumur. Lunch at «La Cave Aux Moines». Visit of the mushroom growing and snail farming. Visit of a farm mainly devoted to cereal seed production, Philippe Pean grain farm. Dinner. Overnight Saumur

Day 9
Visit an arable farm (wheat, barley, grape) in Loudun region Lunch. Visit and meeting at Alliance Pastorale, the main sheep co-operative and marketing company in France. Visit typical farm the region. Visit sheep farm. Dinner. Overnight Limoges

Day 10
Visit and meeting at Lanaud Limousin Experimental Station. Visit of a Limousin farm Lunch on your own. Visit Limoges Porcelain. To Sarlat. Dinner. Overnight Sarlat

Day 11
Visit a duck breeding farm with a chance to taste fois gras. Visit the dairy farm of Mr. Coly in Marquay. Visit of his father’s wine museum. Lunch in a farm restaurant. Afternoon free in Sarlat for shopping and a personnal discovery of the city. The traditionnal market of Sarlat takes place the whole day on Saturday. Dinner on your own. Overnight Sarlat

Days 12
Visit of a wine cellar with some Saint Emilion tasting. Lunch on our own. Guided visit of Bordeaux, XVII th century capital and called « the city of art ». Included are the big theatre, the Quinconces’ Square, the banks, the old quarters, St Andrew’s Cathedral, and the Rohan Palace. Dinner. Overnight Bordeaux

Day 13
